Update: This issue has now been resolved.
We have encountered an issue with our web server that is preventing app updates and license activation from working properly.
This problem affects users on macOS 10.7 – 10.10 and can also affect browser accessibility.
Your license key and app is fine. This is purely a server connection problem that we are working with our hosting provider to resolve.
We hope to have our server running properly as soon as possible. In the meantime, app updates and activation may be unavailable for certain users on the affected macOS versions.
